Compliance & testing
Tokicraft does not use a generic compliance claim. Required tests, labels, technical information and inspection scope are confirmed according to the product, intended use, destination and buyer requirements.
Fiber composition, colorfastness, azo dyes, formaldehyde, heavy metals, REACH-related or other relevant testing can be reviewed with a qualified third-party laboratory.
No certificate is implied unless supplied for the specific material or orderBuyers may appoint an independent inspection company. Inspectors can attend the factory by appointment to review the agreed scope.
Testing and inspection fees are normally buyer-paid and may be discussed for larger ordersColor references, approved samples, batch identifiers, SKUs, country of origin, importer information and order records can be retained or added when requested in the confirmed specification.
Define traceability before production beginsEU orders
Tokicraft does not currently provide an EU Responsible Person. Before relevant consumer products are placed on the EU market, the buyer, importer or appointed representative must confirm the responsible economic operator, required product identification, warnings, language and documentation.
Environmental statements
Fiber content, recycled content, reusability, compostability, biodegradability and other environmental attributes are stated only when supported for the selected product. “Eco-friendly” is not used as a substitute for material evidence.
