Support continues after shipment.
Report visible quantity or appearance issues within 7 days of receipt and latent quality issues within 30 days. Send the order number, photos or video, and affected quantity. After verification, we discuss remake, replenishment, credit toward the next order, or a negotiated refund. Differences from approved custom artwork and carrier-caused transit damage are handled separately.

Please inspect cartons and products promptly and report an issue within 7 days of receipt.
2Issue review
We check approved artwork, samples, inspection records, packing details, and the reported quantity.
3Resolution
Depending on the verified issue, we discuss replacement parts, remake, replenishment, or a solution for the next order.
