The fabric and artwork must be reviewed together
A print method cannot be selected from the logo file alone. Canvas color, weave, coating or finish, fabric weight, artwork detail, print size, quantity and expected rubbing or folding all affect the result.
Provide editable vector artwork when possible. Confirm the finished bag dimensions and seams before fixing the decoration area, because gussets, pockets, zipper openings and handle attachments can reduce the printable space.

Other processes can be reviewed when the selected fabric and production route support them. They should not be promised before the actual material, artwork and order quantity are checked.

Artwork checklist
- Editable AI, EPS, PDF or another production-ready vector file when available
- Exact logo width, height and placement measured from the finished bag edges
- Pantone or another agreed physical color reference when color is critical
- Separate artwork versions for different bag colors if contrast changes
- Minimum detail and text size reviewed against the chosen process
- Confirmation of trademark, font and artwork usage rights by the buyer
Match printing to the tote construction
Flat tote
The open panel can provide a simple branding area, but the final position should still account for seams and handle attachment.
Gusseted tote
The front panel, side gusset and bottom create different visual planes. Confirm which panel carries the artwork.
Zipper and pocket tote
Pockets, top closure and lining may change the production sequence and reduce the printable area.
Contrast-color tote
Artwork color should be checked against every selected canvas color rather than approved on a white screen only.

Screen printing is a common starting direction for clear spot-color logos, but the actual canvas, color, artwork and quantity must be reviewed.
Can a full-color design be printed on canvas?
Heat transfer or another compatible process may be reviewed. A sample is recommended to confirm color, edge, adhesion and hand feel.
