Send the final packed item or complete dimensions, loading direction, protective layers and outer-pack limits. Approve the filled sample, not only the empty bag.
Artwork evidence
Control the editable file, finished logo size, placement, color reference, SKU mapping and required copy. Review the result on the selected fabric and construction.
Commercial evidence
Confirm quantity splits, packing, destination, payment terms, inspection point and responsibilities in the quotation or order record.
Logistics evidence
Use a current route and written schedule. Record cutoffs, receiving constraints and the contingency decision without treating an estimate as a guarantee.

Can production start before the physical sample is approved?
That is a commercial risk decision. If any work is authorized early, document exactly what may proceed, which assumptions remain open and who accepts the consequences of changes.
